A passionate and strategic leader in inclusive education, I bring a wealth of experience in my current role as Director of Inclusion, previously SENDCo across several schools, and qualified Specialist Teacher and Assessor of Specific Learning Difficulties  (AMBDA). With a deep commitment to equity, I have dedicated my career to empowering pupils with diverse needs and supporting the families and professionals who champion them.

With a strong foundation in inclusive education within mainstream schools, I lead with empathy, expertise, and strategic vision. I have successfully developed and led a supportive professional network for a team of SENDCOs, conducted whole-school SEND reviews, and delivered high-impact CPD to build staff capacity.  I aim to foster a culture of collaboration, resilience, and continuous development to improve outcomes for our pupils.
