As a SENCo and senior leader of 15 years, I am passionate about inclusion and championing the voice of SEND children and their families. I believe all children deserve a high-quality education and the right to equitable learning opportunities. As a specialist teacher with AMBDA I believe that assessment and awareness of children's learning profiles are crucial to supporting children and overcoming any barriers to learning. I believe that high quality CPD for staff underpins high quality provision and a school’s ability to respond to individual children's needs. It creates an ethos that enables School communities to approach changing needs and involve families in holistic approaches. I have a range of qualifications in mental health, ASD, ADHD, speech & language and motor skills.
