Marguerite identifies as a Black disabled and neurodivergent woman. Marguerite brings both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD, dyslexia, MS and deafness, giving her personal insight into how fluctuating and progressive conditions affect communication in formal environments.

She is a specialist teacher and consultant, SEND assessor and parent of an autistic adult who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Marguerite has over two decades of experience across education, local authority services, and the voluntary sector.
