These friendly small gatherings will run from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, providing a great opportunity for community connection, learning, and fun. Refreshments provided.

This is the first of many spaces we hope to create, bringing parents together whether they are autistic or not.

Many of our attendees are late-diagnosed autistic and/or ADHD parent carers, and we recognise that parenting and caring can look and feel different for everyone. We're creating a welcoming space where all parent carers can come together, connect, share experiences, and feel understood.

Rather than separating parents based on whether they are autistic, this is one shared space where we can learn from each other, support one another and build genuine connections. Our differences make our community stronger.

No pressure to take part in the activities. Any ideas to share? Sessions may include canvas painting, reading, watching a film, or cookery sessions.
