The ISP without the EHCP fight: Lessons from a country that already did it
The UK is moving towards Individual Support Plans — assess, plan and deliver support in class without waiting on a lengthy EHCP. Mykhailo Kalitkin, who founded UNOWA after his son’s autism diagnosis, shows how schools can build a practical ISP around a child’s real needs now, using the Assess–Plan–Do–Review cycle and a 24/7 AI assistant. Transferable lessons from inclusion at national scale. See MIKKO on Stand C50.
