With a Master’s degree in Education and Teaching and more than 15 years of experience in the field of neurodiversity, I have dedicated my work to supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, their families, and the professionals who guide them.

I lead the RDI® Professional Training  across the UK and Europe, offering training in both English and Croatian. Alongside this, I work one-to-one as a certified RDI® Consultant with parents and family members, helping them gain the confidence and tools to nurture their child’s development. I also collaborate with  educators and professionals, running individual and group sessions, and I work directly with neurodivergent adults, offering respectful and empowering one-to-one support.

My work is rooted in a deep respect for each person’s individual development. Through the RDI® Program, I provide opportunities for growth for every autistic and neurodivergent individual — and for their families as well. I believe that together we can raise the bar, and that with the right guidance, every person has the potential to build meaningful, joyful, and authentic relationships. The most profound knowledge I have gained comes through the RDI® Program, where I am honored to serve as a certified consultant. RDI® has taught me that growth and transformation are possible for everyone, and it is my mission to share this knowledge widely so that families, educators, and communities can embrace a more respectful and empowering way of supporting neurodivergence.
