)
📍 Stand M39 | 🗓️ 10–11 October 2025 | 📍 Business Design Centre, London
Player Ready, a fast-growing, LA-approved Alternative Provision provider, will attend the Tes SEND Show 2025 to showcase its innovative approach to mentoring and digital education for children and young people with SEND. The team will exhibit on stand M39, featuring interactive experiences including Radar the Robot Dog, VR demos, and a downloadable Minecraft coding lesson pack.
Alongside their exhibition presence, Stephen Parkinson, co-founder of Player Ready, will deliver a live talk on the main stage exploring “Game-Based Mentoring: Reaching Neurodiverse Learners Through Play”. The session will share insights into how immersive digital environments like Minecraft and VR can build trust, confidence, and skill in learners with ADHD, autism, trauma backgrounds and EBSA.
Player Ready delivers 1:1 and small group Alternative Provision to learners aged 7–16 and Post-16, supporting EHCP pathways, EOTAS placements, and re-engagement programmes. Their in-person centres across the South West and South East, alongside nationwide online delivery, enable flexible access to therapeutic, curriculum-linked learning.
“We’re not just teaching digital skills — we’re building relationships and helping learners reconnect with education,” says Parkinson. “Game-based mentoring allows us to meet children where they are — creatively, emotionally, and cognitively.”
The company is trusted by over 16 Local Authorities and offers accredited Post-16 pathways launching in September 2025.
