As parents and teachers of children with hearing loss, we know how important it is for our kids to see themselves represented in books (and across the media)… this is the whole raison d’être for AVID Language - to create fun and fabulous books providing mirrors and windows for our deaf children and their typically hearing friends, family and teachers.

We publish inclusive books for children with (and without) hearing loss - engaging, representative, creating awareness and supporting language development, both spoken and signed.
