Mencap Training Academy is a specialist provider of supported internships and pre-internships which aim to support young people aged 16-24 with a learning disability and/or autism to find paid employment. We are part of the Royal Mencap Society. Rated “Good” by Ofsted , we run programmes in London, Birmingham, Northamptonshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire.
