MindSpark collaborates with educators, professionals, schools, and organisations to help children, young people, and adults build essential skills for self-regulation, well-being, and success in education, work, and life.
Our evidence-informed model strengthens executive functions, the brain-based skills that help us manage our thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. These skills shape how we focus, stay organised, regulate emotions, and spend time and energy on the things that matter most to us.
We collaborate directly with schools, delivering training and whole-school approaches that foster executive function skill development into teaching and learning. Our approach to metacognition and self-regulated learning has been successfully applied across educational, workplace, and community settings, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed.
We also work closely with educators, and professionals, providing training and interventions that integrate coaching principles into their work and organisations. Our executive function coaching model is a person-centred relational approach where, through conversations, individuals gain metacognition (awareness of their own thinking), reflecting on how their thoughts influence their actions and decisions. They build resilience, confidence, and problem-solving skills by applying practical strategies, leading to stronger social connections and greater success in school, work, and personal growth.Address
