Lingfield Education Trust was set up to be ‘inclusive’ – but what exactly does this mean for daily practice at the chalk face? This session looks at how Trust-wide inclusive principles can be used to codify and underpin teaching practice, shape the language we use and the build the ‘inclusive culture’ that we aim for our Trust to be remembered for.
