In light of the recent Schools White Paper placing renewed emphasis on behaviour, inclusion and accountability, how can mainstream schools respond in ways that are practical, sustainable and values led?  This dynamic 60 minute seminar explores how to translate policy direction into meaningful culture change. Blending evidence informed change management with classroom ready strategies, the session offers clear tools to strengthen behaviour systems, embed inclusive practice and build staff ownership. Delegates will leave with practical frameworks they can apply immediately to create coherent, resilient and high performing school cultures.

Target audience: SENCO’s / Leaders, Practitioners / Support staff, Parents & Carers, Local Authority Staff

Target Key Stage: Primary and secondary settings EYFS–KS4, as well as KS5

SEND Focus: Grounded in inclusive practice, the seminar supports learners across all four areas of SEND, embedding communication, cognition, SEMH and sensory/physical considerations into everyday classroom culture
