In light of the recent Schools White Paper placing renewed emphasis on behaviour, inclusion and accountability, how can mainstream schools respond in ways that are practical, sustainable and values led? This dynamic 60 minute seminar explores how to translate policy direction into meaningful culture change. Blending evidence informed change management with classroom ready strategies, the session offers clear tools to strengthen behaviour systems, embed inclusive practice and build staff ownership.
