Metacognition that works for all
Research shows that metacognitive development is crucial in supporting the improved attainment of students, but what this actually looks like in the classroom, is sometimes difficult to understand. This session will explore a range of approaches which can support our SEND students in accessing and deepening their learning in our classrooms. In this hands-on session, attendees will not just find out about a range of new approaches, but also see them in action and have time to plan our implementation into their own, unique contexts.
