This seminar will discuss current safeguarding and wellbeing challenges facing staff, including emotional load, competing demands, and the impact of sustained pressure.
Learn how staff wellbeing and work life balance directly influence safeguarding practice, professional curiosity, and decision making, as well as practical, realistic ways leaders and staff can support one another, including boundaries, supervision, and everyday protective practices, creating a culture where safeguarding is shared, sustainable, and supportive, rather than reactive or overwhelming.
