Assessment in Maths Learning - The importance of assessing for teaching intervention

Rob and Cat will outline the journey from the initial gathering of information on an individual's math's abilities, through use of screener assessments to more formal tests utilising the expertise of an Educational Psychologist or Level 7 accredited maths assessor. We will demonstrate the importance of an assessment that helps set up a focused teaching intervention plan and outline the key components to help an individual with dyscalculia and maths difficulties improve.
