This session will introduce the work of the European Agency, including projects looking at education systems responding to the pandemic, and analysing approaches to eliciting pupil voice. We will also discuss the way the Agency, and other European education systems are approaching some of the topical issues we face in England, such as defining inclusive practice; persistent absence among disabled pupils and those with SEN; and how to best equip the teaching workforce with SEND knowledge. We will finally relate the conversation to the SEND and AP Improvement Plan.'
