Helping young people to find their voice through inclusive practice

12 Oct 2024
AAT , Leadership and Management , Other

The word ‘co-production’ is used a lot by adults but what does this mean to young people? This session will focus on a ‘one of it’s kind’ model that has been developed from the ground up, focusing on practical & meaningful ways to engage young people of all abilities and how to measure the impact of this is captured.

In this session you will hear from young people directly about their involvement within local schools, supporting the local authority and some of the changes they are pushing on a national stage. With over 12 years of work now underneath them the Multi-Schools Council is passionate about putting young people with SEND at the heart of future decisions and making sure there is a system that’s fit for purpose. This is a sustainable model based on purposeful collaboration and the young people involved are keen to reach a much wider audience through this engaging and unique session.
