Neurodivergence in the Early Years and Key Stage 1

During this session, we will explore the emerging characteristics of neurodivergence in children under 7 years of age. The session will focus on the key characteristics of neurodivergence, and how this may present in the early years. Throughout the session, we will explore best-practice strategies to support the presenting characteristics in the classroom / early years setting.

By the end of this session you should:
•    To understand emerging neurodivergence in the early years.
•    Recognise the key characteristics in the early year’s classroom. 
•    Understand the best practice strategies to support children with emerging neurodivergence in the Early Years.
