Why attend this session?

School governors are volunteers who bring a wide range of skills and expertise to the governing board. Governors oversee school's management, including its finances, strategy, and staffing and help shape the school's vision and direction. As such, the SEND Governor is a valuable school resource and ally, who’s role is also to engage with pupils, parents and carers, staff and the school or trust community to develop a vision and strategy for the school or trust.
