In this session, we’ll explore the sensory systems and how sensory input through play and movement supports regulation, proprioception and vestibular development. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how sensory experiences impact children's ability to stay calm, focused and engaged. We’ll share simple, practical strategies, such as sensory play and movement breaks, that you can implement immediately to support all children in feeling regulated and ready to learn.

• Recognise how sensory input, including movement and play, supports proprioception and vestibular processing.
• Learn simple, practical strategies to create a sensory-friendly learning environment.
