Life is comprised of transitions - we move from one place; event; phase; activity or level to another. These can be positive, empowering experiences or negative, causing consequential difficulties. During our educational life transitions both intrinsic to educational life and extrinsic will impact on a student's daily life and outcomes. This experience-based session will consider how to successfully identify and implement' transition points from daily sensory changes through to life events.
