Together, Philippa and André have provided professional advice and guidance to the DfE’s SEN teams for nearly 20 years. It’s been a time of considerable change for SEN and disability but also for the wider education system. They will reflect on the impact of some of these changes for children and young people with SEN and disabilities and consider how to strengthen policy and practice for a more inclusive future.
