The Marvell College has been ambitious in ensuring vulnerable learners are at the heart of their school.  Leaders will share the context of the school and the implementation of a distributive leadership model.

They will discuss their innovative SEND Champion programme which empowers pupils, teachers and families. The session will cover implementation of this approach, reflections of the impact achieved during the first year and the planned next steps.
