Aimee Molloy
Aimee has over 15 years’ experience working in education. She is a trained primary teacher with a degree in Special and Inclusive Education and holds the NaSENCO qualification, having set becoming a SENCo as a key career goal.
From establishing primary provision within a specialist ASC school to leading SEN change in a mainstream primary setting, Aimee has extensive experience working across a variety of educational environments with a strong SEN focus. She also has a background in psychology, which has shaped her focus on understanding the root causes of student behaviours and ensuring every child can build trusting relationships and thrive.
Aimee has built her career around ensuring every child receives the support they deserve.
