Alexandra Chiorando
Alexandra Chiorando is a qualified early years teacher, consultant and trainer, and the founder of Marmalade Early Years Consultancy. Her specialism is early years, and her work is underpinned by a strong focus on understanding children's behaviour through connection, belonging and sensory processing. She has over 25 years' experience as a teacher, senior leader and SENCO, working across nurseries, schools and early years settings. Alexandra delivers training and consultancy both nationally and internationally, supporting practitioners to create environments where children feel safe, seen and understood. Her professional expertise is complemented by personal experience of navigating additional needs and different ways of learning, giving her a unique perspective on inclusion, belonging and child development. Her approach combines evidence informed practice with real world experience, helping educators build strong relationships, deepen their understanding of children's behaviour and create environments where every child feels that they belong.
