Alexandra Loewe
Alexandra Loewe brings 30 years of experience in education, mentoring and wellbeing, supporting people across a wide range of ages, abilities and needs.
She has worked with young people to build social and creative skills, supported older adults with dementia through singing programmes designed to reconnect communication pathways, and now works as a qualified ADHD coach with adults and children on the autism and ADHD spectrum.
Alexandra is also trained as a mindfulness practitioner for children and adults and has developed the Essential Mindfulness for ADHD course, available online through The ADHD Centre. She is the Wellness Lead at The ADHD Centre.
Alongside one to one ADHD coaching, Alexandra delivers workshops and training days for schools, colleges and universities. These include sessions on understanding ADHD and executive functions, developing emotional and mental resilience, and implementing practical accommodations in the classroom.
She also provides bespoke parenting courses for parents of children recently diagnosed with ADHD or autism. These programmes combine mindfulness exercises with brain training games to support executive functioning, focus, organisation and resilience for both parents and children.
Alexandra has also created an online Essential Parenting Course, accessible to parents with or without an assessment from The ADHD Centre.
