Autism Central is the national peer education programme for families and support networks of autistic people of all ages in England. The programme is delivered by Anna Freud, commissioned by the NHS, and offers families free access to education, coaching, and connection through resources, one-to-one peer support, and group learning events.

Alexis Quinn is a psychotherapist, associate at Anna Freud and works as Manager of the Restraint Reduction Network. She is a former schoolteacher, professional athlete and author of two books: her ground-breaking memoir, Unbroken, and Autistic & Expecting, a guide for autistic parents to be. Alexis speaks on neurodivergence, trauma, restraint and mental well-being.
