Andi Hillman is the Founder and CEO of EduAurora Group, a mission-led organisation transforming inclusive education through specialist services, innovation and sector leadership.

Beginning her career in the NHS before moving into education, Andi has over 18 years' experience across health, education and SEND. Her career has included roles as a teacher, SENDCO, Headteacher of both an Independent Specialist School and a Pupil Referral Unit, and within local authority SEND services, giving her a unique understanding of the systems that support children and young people with additional needs.

Under the EduAurora Group, Andi has established two specialist organisations. Bright Outcomes delivers teacher-led Alternative Provision for children and young people aged 4 to 25 with SEND, EBSNA and EOTAS, while SENDsible provides independent SEND advocacy and advice, helping families navigate the SEND system with confidence. Together, these services work towards one shared purpose: ensuring every child has access to the right support, delivered by the right professionals, at the right time.

Andi's work is underpinned by a simple belief: vulnerability should trigger expertise, not reduce it. Through EduAurora, she is committed not only to delivering exceptional services but also to influencing policy, sharing evidence-led practice and challenging traditional approaches to inclusive education.

A Senior Fellow of the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP), Andi is an established speaker and thought leader whose mission is to transform lives, influence change and create brighter futures for every child and young person.
