Andy Young
Andrew Young is a Teacher of Social Sciences and Co-Director of the Pathfinder Teaching School Hub (TSH), where he leads the design and delivery of professional development across North Yorkshire. He also oversees the TSH Initial Teacher Training and Education (ITTE) programmes, partnering with York St John University to train approximately 50 new educators each year. A passionate advocate for inclusive education, Andrew has worked with hundreds of schools, implementing a highly successful adaptive teaching CPD programme.
