Cath is an experienced leader in alternative provision for pupils with medical needs and hospital education, representing the sector as part of the DfE stakeholder group. Now retired, she has numerous governance roles and undertakes school improvement work across a wide variety of educational settings. Cath contributed to the recent IPPR Report, Breaking the Cycle’ and various other publications, and was awarded an OBE for services to children and young people in 2022.
