Chris is responsible for a product portfolio that delivers social value by streamlining systems, digitising processes, and making life easier for local government teams, healthcare providers and their stakeholders.

Before joining Idox in 2015, Chris worked on a range of technical and commercial projects, including developing assessment tools and algorithms to calculate personal budgets for children, adults, and young people with special educational needs as part of the 2014 SEND Reforms.

Drawing on this experience, Chris led the creation of the EHC Hub, a pioneering digital platform co-designed with local authorities, families, and professionals across education, health, and social care. The Hub bridges the gap between traditional case management systems and citizen-facing portals, improving transparency and collaboration in the statutory SEND process.
