Chris Lefcovitch is a senior education leader and SEND Strategic Lead operating at the intersection of inclusion, learner outcomes, and organisational risk within further education and post-16 systems. A Board Member of the Twinkl Inclusion Advisory Board, he works nationally across SEND strategy, policy engagement, and organisational improvement, supporting education providers to strengthen statutory compliance, inspection readiness, and sustainable performance.

Chris’ career spans frontline teaching, alternative provision, youth justice education, and senior leadership, alongside national policy contribution, consultancy, and public speaking. This breadth enables him to translate complex SEND legislation and reform into practical, system-level change that improves outcomes for learners while strengthening organisational resilience.

He has led SEND provision to Outstanding outcomes for high-needs funding, chaired and quality-assured thousands of EHCPs, managed budgets, consistently improving retention, achievement, and progression for high-needs learners while reducing statutory and financial risk across multi-site provision.
