Cynthia is a certified UK Behaviour Analyst, and holds a Psychology degree. She has been supporting people with SEND since 2018. A proactive consultant with hands on experience in mainstream and SEN schools, as well as residential adult services and children's homes, Cynthia is experienced in bespoke training delivery to parents, carers, educators and leaders in the field. Using evidence based interventions, Cynthia supports settings to reduce risk of exclusions and increase overall quality of life.
