Dr. Elizabeth Rhodes is the National Lead for Student Inclusion at Oasis Community Learning, one of the UK's largest academy trusts, where she leads on SEND and behaviour strategy and supports schools to build inclusive environments in which every young person can thrive.

With extensive experience in SEND, pastoral leadership, safeguarding, behaviour, attendance and school improvement, Lizzie is passionate about ensuring that policy discussions translate into meaningful improvements for children, families and school communities. She works closely with school leaders to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners and navigate complex challenges while keeping inclusion at the heart of decision-making.

A strong advocate for collaboration across the sector, Lizzie believes that meaningful change happens when schools share what works. She brings a practical, solutions-focused perspective grounded in the realities of school leadership, with a particular focus on turning ambition into action and creating sustainable improvements for all learners, particularly the most vulnerable.
