Dr Sarah Moseley
Dr Sarah Moseley is an Educational Inclusion Adviser, author, speaker, trainer and researcher with over 30 years' experience across mainstream and specialist education, from teaching assistant to Headteacher. She provides face-to-face and online training, coaching, consultancy and keynote presentations for schools, organisations and families, specialising in reducing barriers to learning, creating inclusive cultures and improving outcomes for children and young people.
Sarah's work bridges research and practice, helping education settings develop ambitious, evidence-informed approaches to inclusion, literacy and neurodiversity. She has developed the Inclusive Reading Curriculum, supporting schools to create accessible, high-quality reading provision that enables every learner to become a reader. She holds a Master's and PhD in Special Education, with research focusing on reading and self-esteem, and is widely recognised for translating research into practical, evidence-informed strategies.
She is the author of Teaching Reading to All Learners Including Those with Complex Needs and is currently writing Writing for All, exploring inclusive and adaptive approaches to teaching writing. Sarah is also co-host of the Catching Up with Sarah & Ginny podcast, where she shares conversations on inclusion, literacy, belonging and education with guests from across the sector. Passionate about equity, she believes that every action, no matter how small, can remove barriers, strengthen belonging and make a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people.
