Tina is a qualified teacher and one of His Majesty’s Inspectors, a specialist adviser for SEND and alternative provision. Tina is responsible for the development and oversight of the current area SEND framework. Before working for Ofsted, Tina was the CEO and Principal of an independent specialist college. She has held leadership positions in a multi-academy trust, general further education college and local authority. Tina has held board roles on regional and national membership organisations and has been a governor in schools and colleges. She has considerable experience of developing provision for children and young people with special educational needs.
