Dr Troy Page is an educational entrepreneur and school leader with more than two decades' experience in online education. He founded Cambridge Online Education Ltd in 2002 and has since helped develop a group of independent online schools serving students in the UK and around the world.

Throughout his career, Dr Page has worked with children from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with SEND, long-term medical conditions, school anxiety, elite sporting or performing commitments, and families seeking greater flexibility in education. His work has provided a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges of educating students whose needs cannot always be met within traditional school settings.

Alongside leading schools, Dr Page has been involved in developing safeguarding-focused educational technology designed to support high-quality teaching, student wellbeing and operational accountability.

At TES, Dr Page will explore how education can evolve to ensure that every child continues to receive an excellent education, even when attending a physical school is not possible. His focus is on practical lessons, evidence-informed thinking and the future of flexible, inclusive education.
