Emma taught for over 20 years in primary schools across the UK and the UAE as a class teacher, SENDCo and inclusion lead.
Her inclusive values and passion for supporting the whole child continue into her work at GL Education where she recognises the important role that data plays in developing an understanding of a students’ individual strengths and challenges.
As our Education Specialist for SEND and Wellbeing, Emma utilises knowledge learned from her own prior strategic roles in SEND, her experience of using GL assessments in context, and her experience supporting colleagues in international schools to ensure the assessments within our SEND and wellbeing portfolio meet the needs of colleagues and learners in schools.
