Emma Johnson

Emma is Mum to Finbar who is profoundly Deaf and has Cochlear Implants which give him access to some sound, he attends a mainstream primary school and is in KS1. As an Illustrator, Emma uses drawing to help her understand and navigate the path of parenting a child with additional needs. Emma has recently created an animation to help raise Deaf Awareness in education settings which will be freely available in February 2025.
