Emma has worked at The Mulberry Bush for 13 years. She started as a teaching assistant in 2010 and was quickly promoted to Senior TA. After working with seven teachers in five years and remaining the consistent adult in the classroom, she was offered the opportunity to complete her teacher training while still working alongside the children. Emma moved to the Mulberry Bush Outreach team in September 2023.
Before The Mulberry Bush, Emma worked as a Marketing Assistant and briefly taught in a Mainstream Primary and a Montessori Nursery.
Emma loves to be outdoors and promotes the power of nature for learning and wellbeing. She has two spaniels and an old VW Camper, both of which have covered the length and breadth of the UK.
