Gavin Hepherd‑Hall is the Founder and Chair of Trustees at Rare4Schools and an experienced senior leader with over 20 years in education. He has spent the last four years working in Alternative Provision, collaborating with SEND teams to support learners with complex needs. After leaving the classroom post‑pandemic, Gavin built a national tutoring and consultancy practice, developing evidence‑based resources and training used across the UK and internationally. A Mathematics Mastery specialist and former Academic Director at Svitlo School, he brings deep expertise in inclusive practice, trauma‑informed education and cross‑sector collaboration to his work advocating for children with rare diseases.
