Dr Holly Goodwin is an experienced safeguarding leader, trainer, and consultant with over twenty years’ experience across education and pastoral settings. She has held senior leadership and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) roles including positions as DSL and Head of Boarding and Pastoral Care, DSL and Deputy Head of a junior school, and DSL of a sixth-form college. 

In addition to her school-based leadership, Holly currently serves as a Board Director and DSL for The Tutors Association and, alongside her GCSE tutoring, works as an Associate Trainer and Safeguarding Associate for specialist safeguarding consultancies. She regularly advises organisations on safeguarding governance, safer working practices, and compliance, and delivers training to tutors and other education professionals.
