Imer Tayfun is the Co-Founder of The TEN Academy, a pioneering institution dedicated to supporting neurodivergent learners. With a background in geography education, İmer transitioned from the business world to education after relocating to London in 2018. She began her teaching journey as a teaching assistant in a school for autistic children, where her passion for inclusive education took root. Drawing on her diverse professional experience, Imer envisioned creating a platform that would positively impact the lives of autistic individuals. This vision materialised as The TEN Academy. Today, she serves as both co-founder and educator at the academy, while also overseeing special education centres in Cyprus and teaching at a newly opened specialist tuition centre in Orpington.
