Jaimie Banks joined Hogrefe in 2014 and has been General Manager since 2025.

Jaimie spent the first 10 years of her career working in public safety and healthcare across the Canadian federal public service before obtaining her Master’s degree in Publishing. When she joined the Hogrefe Group’s UK office she was amazed to find a very different world of publishing (psychometric) than she had known before, and she has spent the last decade leading training, marketing, sales, and publishing projects and teams at Hogrefe UK.

From both a research and publishing perspective, she is particularly keen on exploring complementary uses for clinical, educational and occupational psychometrics and where they ‘cross the divide’ (e.g. from clinical into education settings).
