Jane joined Tes Institute after a long career in senior leadership in Secondary schools in the UK. She is passionate about teacher training and development and throughout her leadership has focused on improving school effectiveness through investing in staff and their professional learning. Jane originally led and grew Tes Institute's Initial Teacher Training provision and now works across our teacher development, academic and QTS programmes.
