Joe is Executive Director at the Office of the Children's Commissioner, the independent statutory body championing children's rights in England. He leads the office’s work which focusses on participation, policy, research across education, youth justice, online safety, children’s health services, and children's social care. He worked as a history teacher, and held senior roles at Action for Children and Citizens Advice.
