Julie has worked within the early years for over 35 years and has worked in a wide range of educational settings and Local Authority services. She has led early years teams and services such as Portage and Special Educational needs Advisory teams. She is a highly regarded trainer and speaker who has a long-established reputation in the SEND sector and regularly leads seminars at national events as well as delivering conference keynote speeches.

Julie is an associate for British Association of Early Education and has worked for several national organisations such as nasen and Council for Disabled Children leading projects to develop inclusive practice within the early years and Primary sectors. She is part of the Early Years SEND Partnership delivering strategic support to Local Authorities across the country.
