Kelly graduated from the Institute of Education, London with a BA (hons) Geography and has since completed a Master’s degree in education and a National Professional Qualification in leading teacher development. She’s passionate about education and its power to change individuals’ lives, families and communities. Kelly has worked in and with schools in some of the most challenging socio-economic areas in the southeast and understand the support that’s required to truly have an impact on the quality of teaching and, in turn, outcomes for children.
