Kim holds a PGCE from the University of Wolverhampton and an MSc in Educational Assistive Technology from the University of Dundee. With a strong background in educational technology, Kim specialised in implementing assistive technology solutions within schools to enhance access to curriculum for students. As part of the Smartbox training team, Kim is passionately dedicated to empowering those who support AAC users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to offer the best support.
