Letesha is in her second year as SENCO at Greenshaw High School, where she also spent two and a half years as a Deputy SENCO. Letesha is passionate about strengths-based approaches to increasing access, acceptance, inclusion and belonging for pupils with SEND, through distributed leadership and collaboration across the Greenshaw Learning Trust.
